No experience is necessary. New Students classes are specifically structured for beginners with clear progressions, patient instructors, and modifications to match any fitness or dance ability. Returning students are also welcome to rebuild confidence and skills.

Reservations are not required. We welcome drop-ins whenever space allows, though popular times can fill up fast. Arrive early if you prefer guaranteed space, or call ahead to check class capacity.

Your first class is only $15. After that, pay-as-you-go, class packs, and membership options are available. We accept card payments and contactless methods; staff can recommend the best option for your goals.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes or dance sneakers. Bring water and a small towel. Instructors will guide footwear choices depending on the dance style, and no specialized attire is required for beginners.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and warm up. We offer plenty of free on-site parking close to the studio entrance, making arrival quick and convenient for new students.

Instructors assess progress and recommend classes as you improve. Take multiple beginner sessions, attend workshops, and consider class packs to build skills. Staff will help you transition to intermediate levels when you’re ready.
