Get answers to common questions about 4-week Latin Fusion Dance Intensive.
This intensive welcomes beginners with basic dance experience through advanced students wanting stylistic refinement. Instructors offer modifications and progressions, so motivated newcomers and returning dancers both gain technique, musicality, and performance confidence over four focused weeks.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows movement, and dance or suede-soled shoes. Bring water, a small towel, and any supportive footwear you need. Heels are optional; instructors will advise appropriate shoes for styling and safety during sessions.
Sessions combine cardio, strength-based movement and technical drills at a moderate to high intensity. Expect progressive warm-ups, endurance-building combinations, and conditioning elements; modifications are offered so participants of different fitness levels can safely build stamina and technique.
Yes. Each week builds toward a short Latin Fusion routine rehearsed collectively. The final session includes a run-through with performance coaching, offering participants an opportunity to showcase skills, receive feedback, and celebrate progress with the team.
Enrollment is encouraged from week one to gain foundational technique and choreography context. If you must join late, talk to instructors — they can provide condensed catch-up guidance, private drills, and homework to help you integrate smoothly into the group.
Our studio follows current public health guidance: enhanced cleaning, hand sanitizing stations, good ventilation, and class size limits to allow spacing. We ask symptomatic participants to stay home and will communicate any updated policies; specific mask or vaccination requirements follow local regulations.
